These terms explain how visitors, drivers, lawyers, and other users may use DMV Protect public pages, launch notification tools, and future platform services.

Platform Purpose
- DMV Protect is designed to help coordinate eligible ticket/citation support for drivers according to plan rules and service eligibility.
- DMV Protect may help with intake, document guidance, plan review, support coordination, lawyer matching or referral pathways, status communication, and policy-based service boundaries.
- DMV Protect is not a court, DMV, police department, government agency, law firm, lawyer referral authority, or legal representative.
Public Website Use
- Public visitors may review plan information, policy pages, disclaimers, coming-soon information, and public lawyer-search information where available.
- Visitors may submit launch-interest information through the Notify Me form if they agree to be contacted about DMV Protect updates.
- Visitors must not submit false information, impersonate another person, misuse public forms, attempt spam submissions, probe the service, or misuse Alex Assistance.
Future Account Services
- Driver, lawyer, and review-team workflows will be available only through approved DMV Protect account areas after launch.
- Production account access may require verified email, verified phone, active subscription status, role approval, identity matching, or review by the DMV Protect review team depending on the workflow.
- Public prelaunch pages do not create active driver coverage, assigned lawyer status, claim approval, benefit approval, or reactivation approval.
No Legal Advice or Representation
- Public information is general information only and does not replace advice from a qualified lawyer.
- DMV Protect does not tell users what to plead, whether to fight, admit, settle, ignore, or otherwise respond to a ticket/citation.
- No website content, Alex response, policy page, plan description, or public message creates an attorney-client relationship with DMV Protect.
Service Limits and No Guarantee
- DMV Protect does not guarantee ticket dismissal, ticket reduction, charge reduction, case closure, court outcome, insurance result, point result, benefit approval, lawyer availability, or claim eligibility.
- Plan support is limited by active subscription status, covered ticket/citation category, documentation quality, account standing, timing, jurisdiction availability, and review requirements where applicable.
- Unsupported tickets/citations may be directed to public paid-lawyer search instead of handled as covered DMV Protect coordination matters.
Changes to Terms
- DMV Protect may update these terms as product features, payment workflows, role workflows, or compliance requirements change.
- Material production changes should be published with an updated last-reviewed or effective date.
- Continued use of DMV Protect after updates means the user accepts the then-current terms, subject to any legally required notices or consents.
