Last updated: May 18, 2026
Regular Plan
- Regular Plan is intended for Class D / non-commercial driver users.
- Regular Plan pricing is intended at $25 monthly or $240 annual, subject to final production configuration.
- Regular Plan support is limited to covered ticket/citation categories and active account status under DMV Protect policy.
Premium Plan
- Premium Plan is intended for Class A/B/C commercial driver users and includes Regular Plan coverage concepts where applicable.
- Premium Plan pricing is intended at $50 monthly or $480 annual, subject to final production configuration.
- Premium Plan users must still satisfy account standing, documentation, covered-category, and claim eligibility requirements.
Annual and Monthly Billing
- Users may choose monthly or annual billing where offered during signup, plan management, or eligible reactivation workflows.
- A 12-month evaluation cycle is relevant for the no-claim ACH member benefit policy and should be calculated separately for each applicable cycle.
- Full 12-month protection language applies only where a user has an annual plan or where final plan terms explicitly provide that annual period.
Paid Lawyer Listing
- Lawyers may subscribe to create a paid public-search profile and appear in DMV Protect public lawyer search results where approved.
- Paid Lawyer Listing pricing is intended at $50 monthly or $480 annual, subject to final launch configuration.
- Paid Lawyer Listing does not automatically authorize access to DMV Protect assigned ticket/citation cases or private driver information.
Plan Boundaries
- Plans cover coordination services for supported ticket/citation categories only, subject to eligibility review and documentation requirements.
- Unsupported tickets/citations are not converted into DMV Protect managed claims and may be directed to public paid-lawyer search.
- DMV Protect may require review when eligibility is unclear, information conflicts, or policy exceptions are requested.
No Legal Outcome Guarantee
- Plans do not guarantee dismissal, reduction, court result, legal strategy, lawyer response time, insurance result, point result, member benefit approval, or reactivation approval.
- DMV Protect is not a law firm and does not represent users in court.
- Users should contact a qualified lawyer for legal advice, legal strategy, court representation, or case-specific legal judgment.
