Plan Payment Overview
- DMV Protect driver plans are expected to support monthly and annual billing options for eligible users.
- Regular Plan pricing is intended for Class D / non-commercial users at $25 monthly or $240 annual, subject to final launch configuration.
- Premium Plan pricing is intended for Class A/B/C commercial users at $50 monthly or $480 annual, subject to final launch configuration.
- Paid Lawyer Listing pricing is intended at $50 monthly or $480 annual for public lawyer-search listing participation, subject to final launch configuration.
Payment Method and Authorization
- Users must provide accurate payment information and keep payment details current to maintain active service access.
- By selecting a paid plan, the user authorizes DMV Protect or its payment processor to charge the selected payment method according to the plan cadence and published price.
- ACH information may be required for policy-based no-claim member benefit delivery where applicable.
Failed Payments and Account Standing
- Failed, reversed, disputed, expired, or invalid payments may affect account standing, service access, claim eligibility, or public lawyer-search visibility.
- DMV Protect may notify users to update payment information before limiting access, pausing features, or marking a benefit delivery as pending.
- Payment issues and account-status changes may require review by DMV Protect before service access is restored.
No-Claim ACH Member Benefit Payment
- Eligible no-claim member benefit payments are delivered through ACH according to the No-Claim ACH Member Benefit Policy and applicable 12-month cycle rules.
- If ACH details are missing, invalid, rejected, or failed, the payment may remain pending until the driver updates ACH information.
- ACH delivery does not apply where the driver is not eligible under the no-claim member benefit policy.
No Outcome Guarantee
- Paying for DMV Protect does not guarantee ticket dismissal, ticket reduction, court outcome, lawyer result, claim approval, member benefit approval, reactivation approval, or public lawyer-search performance.
- Subscription payments purchase access to eligible coordination and subscription platform services according to policy boundaries, not legal representation by DMV Protect.
- Paid lawyer listing participation does not automatically approve a lawyer for DMV Protect assigned ticket/citation cases.
Payment Review and Exceptions
- Payment, member benefit, reactivation, or subscription disputes may require review by DMV Protect.
- Users may be asked to provide additional information when a payment or benefit issue requires review.
- DMV Protect may apply policy-based corrections where appropriate, subject to final plan and payment terms.
